Mitsubishi Unveils Laser TV

Mitsubishi has finally unveiled some details about their upcoming laser TV sets. Mitsubishi showed off its laser technology by demonstrating a 65" laser set in Las Vegas at the Consumer Electronics Show.

  • The laser TV's work via rear projection technology.

  • They use red, green, and blue lasers to display the image.

  • This system allows for twice as much color details as LCD and plasma televisions.

  • Laser televisions will use less power than conventional models.

  • They should be on sale before this upcoming shopping season.

  • Unlike bulky rear projection TV's, the laser television can be mounted on a wall.

I don't know about you, but I am very excited about seeing a laser TV for myself. Rear projections have been declining in popularity for years, but this may be just what is needed to bring them back to life. If the color details are as reported, this should be one cool laser gadget.

P.S. Don't forget to read about cold laser therapy. As always, any feedback is really appreciated. If you are a fan of lasers like me, it would be great to hear from ya!
